Australian Black Walnut timber is rare. In my humble opinion it is some of the most beautiful hardwood in the world and comes straight from and native to the coast and coastal tablelands of North Queensland. 

It has a greyish-brown colour with streaks of chocolate brown, black or pink, and a creamy white sapwood. It has a medium texture, a moderate natural lustre, and shallow open pores. The grain is close and even, usually interlocked, and commonly wavy, resulting in a wide variety of figure effects that simply demands admiration and apprection. 

Australian Black Walnut timber is also durable, stable, and resistant to decay. It is used for making furniture, plywood, turning, and acoustic guitar backs and sides.

Australian Black Walnut timber is a scarce and coveted timber, as natural groves have been heavily logged. It is considered a premium domestic hardwood and is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.

It has a light brown to dark chocolate brown wood that is fine-grained and always beautiful. commonly used for making furniture, plywood, turning, and acoustic guitar backs and sides, it is also a source of tannin. Which is used for leather production. 

Australian Native Wattle has a history in Australia that stretches back in time. It is a sub-tropical rainforest tree that is one of Australia's few native, deciduous trees. With rich and warm colour, a fine and straight grain, Wattle definitely adds elegance, warmth, and charm to any space.

Qld red cedar is a hardwood species that grows in the coastal rainforest areas of eastern Australia and parts of Papua New Guinea, South America, the Philippines and India. It is a light weight, beautiful fine-grained timber that has a rich reddish-brown colour, sometimes with darker streaks or curly patterns, and a creamy white sapwood. 

It is durable, stable, and resistant to decay, because of this it is prized in the use of making furniture, cabinetry, veneer, musical instruments, and boatbuilding.
